SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and other providers. Delivery timeframes will be displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, returns are accepted within 5 days of receipt.

• All returns must be in original condition, unopened, and unused.
• Refunds are not offered — however, you may exchange items for others of equal value.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
• Defective items will be replaced free of charge once the original is returned to us.
