Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via trusted courier partners, including The Courier Guy and other selected service providers. Delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within five (5) days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Exchanges only — no refunds. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. In such cases, we will send a replacement at no cost after receiving the original item.

Before returning an item, please contact us via email. Include the following:

We use PayFast for secure payments. Ahtis Paints is not responsible for security issues related to the user’s device.

Products leave our premises in good condition. We are not responsible for damage during transit.
